SRS Safety Services, Inc. was founded in 1996 to assist Building Owners, Architects and Contractors in complying with the California and Federal stringent Exterior Building Maintenance (EBM) safety requirements. Randy Girouard, S.E. is SRS' Cal-OSHA Engineer of Record. His extensive knowledge and attention to detail has contributed greatly to the reputation and engineering excellence for which SRS is so well known.
